1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with the original packaging (including all tags, labels, and accessories), along with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
2. How to Initiate a Return (RMA Required)
- Email us at service@electrophilee.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
6. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days after inspection to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed. (Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.)
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
