Warranty & Support Policy

Thank you for choosing Electrophilee! Below is everything you need to know about our quality assurance, warranty coverage, and support services.

1. Product Quality Guarantee

All Electrophilee products undergo strict quality control and performance testing prior to shipment to ensure reliable, high-performance low-light viewing and optical equipment.

2. Warranty Coverage

All Electrophilee products include a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage
  • Water damage to products not specified as waterproof
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or fading
  • Consumable components, such as batteries (unless defective upon arrival)

3. Replacement & Repair

If a product is confirmed defective and covered under this warranty, Electrophilee will, at its sole discretion, repair the product free of charge or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal functionality.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding applicable discounts).

Electrophilee will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved warranty claims using a shipping method of our choice. Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product for return to prevent damage in transit. We are not liable for damage incurred during return shipping.

4. How to Claim Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us via email at service@electrophilee.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue, including error messages or symptoms (photos or videos demonstrating the defect are strongly recommended)
  • The product’s serial number (if applicable)

We will confirm receipt of your claim within two (2) business days. Additional details or troubleshooting steps may be requested. Please allow up to five (5) business days for claim review and warranty eligibility determination.

Note: This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Electrophilee. All other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose), are disclaimed. Electrophilee’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product and excludes incidental, consequential, or special damages.
