2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We operate through a global supply chain with fulfillment centers in the United States. Due to this model, delivery times may be slightly longer than typical domestic shipments.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days from the date of shipment.
- Note: While we aim to deliver on time, factors such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
- Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or certain remote locations inaccessible to our carriers. Customers affected will be notified during checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. The price displayed at checkout is the final price—no additional shipping fees apply.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost or delayed beyond 15 business days from shipment, please contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier and may arrange for a replacement or refund. All issues must be reported within 30 days of your order date.
